Dreamforce 2026 takes over San Francisco September 15–17 - three packed days at Moscone Center, and the entire Salesforce ecosystem in one place.

And we'll be right in the middle of it.

You'll find GridMate in the Trailblazer Forest at Moscone West, right in front of the Redwood Theater. Bring the Salesforce workflow that's been bugging your team. Bring the question you've been putting off. Bring that dreaded task that somehow takes 17 clicks.

We'll bring the Mates, a few honest answers, and enough macarons and champagne to make it worth the stop - plus hoodies, t-shirts, and socks worth packing an extra bag for. Expect company at the booth too: customers catching up, partners swinging by, and a few people who just came to see what the fuss is about.

Whatever brings you by, here's everything you need to know about GridMate at Dreamforce 2026.

What Are You Looking for at Dreamforce?

Maybe you want to fix something. Maybe you want to see what's coming next. Maybe you just want to meet the people behind the product. Pick your reason:

Why We're Going Beyond the Dream

Beyond the Dream isn't a borrowed slogan. It's genuinely where GridMate is today.

Seven years ago, this started with a simple idea: make Salesforce work the way it should - fast, powerful, and built around the people actually using it.

Seven years on, that's grown into a full set of components - User Grid, Multi Calendar, Gantt Chart, Kanban Board, Map List, File Explorer, Pivot Grids, plus many others -  all native to Salesforce, all built because the standard experience wasn't intuitive enough for the people using it every day.

We got here. Beyond the Dream is what comes next.

Dreamforce is the largest stage the Salesforce ecosystem has - the one week every year when customers, partners, admins, and builders from every corner of it end up in the same city. For GridMate, that's exactly the point: it's where the people building the product and the people actually using it end up in the same room. Real workflows, real questions, real feedback - not the version that comes through a support ticket.

And going beyond the dream isn't just a GridMate thing this year. We want you to come with us - whether you're already using GridMate every day or you're about to meet it for the first time.

Find the Forest, Find Us

GridMate will be at the Trailblazer Forest, Moscone West - right in front of the Redwood Theater, all three days of Dreamforce.

Dreamforce has a lot of booths, a lot of noise, and a lot of "can I get your details first." This isn't that. Come because there's a workflow that's been quietly driving you mad. Come because you want a straight answer from the people who actually built GridMate, the 5-star rated Salesforce productivity app. Come because you're curious about what we've been building next. Any one of those is reason enough.

And if none of that's quite enough yet - here's one more.

Got a Salesforce Workflow That Makes You Ask "Why?"

"Why does this take 17 clicks?"

"Why do I need five tabs open just for this?"

"Why are we still doing this manually?"

These aren't hypothetical. They're close to the exact questions that come up in almost every Salesforce workflow we've looked at over the last seven years. If you've asked yourself any of those, you're the reason we built the 15-Minute Workflow Optimization Session.

Ask someone how many clicks it takes to update forty records and you'll get a number. Watch them actually do it, and you'll usually get a different one. That gap - between what a workflow feels like and what it actually costs - is what the session is built to close.

Bring It to Us. We've Got 15 Minutes.

  1. Show us the workflow.
  2. We find where the friction actually is.
  3. We talk through what we'd change.
  4. You leave with those 17 clicks down to just a couple.

No pitch. No slide deck. Just your workflow and 15 minutes.

How Much Salesforce Friction Have You Normalized?

When you use Salesforce every day, you stop noticing the friction. The six-click path becomes the path. Exporting to a spreadsheet and pasting the results back in becomes a normal Tuesday.

None of the individual steps feel like a big deal on their own. Add them up across a week of Tuesdays, and "Salesforce is a bit clunky" turns into hours nobody planned for.

That's what the GridMate diagnostic measures. 15 questions. 3 minutes. One score, across five areas of friction. It turns "Salesforce feels clunky" into a number you can actually act on - a useful starting point before any Salesforce workflow automation conversation.

Meet the Two People Who Started It

Most companies show up to a conference with a booth and a slide deck. GridMate shows up with the two people who built it, actually free to talk.

You won't be the first person to bring Rey and Hicham a tricky workflow. Over seven years, they've fixed exactly this kind of problem for many teams across the globe - including a few names you'll probably recognize: the World Health Organization, Walt Disney, Paramount, Blackstone, Trane Technologies, and the District of Columbia's Department of General Services, among thousands of others.

Rey

Rey Perera is GridMate's CEO and co-founder - usually the one on the other side of that first conversation. Find him at the booth during Founder Hours, or walking the floor between conversations.

Hicham

Hicham El Mansouri is GridMate's CTO and co-founder -  the one who turns that conversation into something built. He's the person most likely to pull up a screen and show you exactly how something works.

Got a Question? Grab a Founder Hour.

Founder Hours are limited, first-come slots where Rey and Hicham take real Salesforce questions - not a disguised demo. Reserve a slot ahead of time and we'll hold a few minutes for you.

Something New Is Joining the GridMate Family

For seven years, GridMate has mostly been about helping people see and organize their Salesforce data, without fighting the platform to do it. This year, we're stepping into what happens after the data's right.

RevenueMate is GridMate's newest product - Salesforce quote to cash, built natively, the same way everything else here is. Configure a quote. Get it signed. Never leave Salesforce.

Because, quoting in Salesforce usually means bouncing between CPQ screens, spreadsheets, and whatever tool finance insists on for approvals. RevenueMate is GridMate's answer to that.

Why We're Bringing RevenueMate to Dreamforce

We're bringing it to Dreamforce because this is where the people it's built for get the first real say in it. Once RevenueMate is at scale, you're one voice in a queue. Right now, you're in the room while the roadmap's being decided. That's why we picked Dreamforce to launch it - which makes you one of the first people anywhere to see it.

The Mates Behind the Magic

Dreamforce week, you'll find these Mates on the ground: Rey, Hicham, Dasun, Sach, Eshan, Wissem, Souhail, Ali, and Alexa from the GridMate team. Each one's got a superpower of their own (capes included) - consider this your hero roster, so you know exactly who to track down when you need them.

Some you'll have seen trailblazing across World Tours and Dreamin' events around the globe. Some you'll recognise from LinkedIn. Some you won't, until you're mid-conversation about a Salesforce bottleneck and realise they've tackled it at least a dozen times before. Come say hello; we like talking to actual Salesforce users more than we like talking about ourselves.

Before Dreamforce Even Starts: BlazerFest 2026

Before Dreamforce even opens, there's BlazerFest - Monday, 5–10 PM, at Southside Spirit House. This year, GridMate is the Diamond Sponsor.

There's a reason this night has become its own tradition. It isn't about pitches, and there's no session on the agenda - just good food, good drinks, and the kind of conversation you can't schedule into a booth slot. Trailblazers, admins, and builders showing up because they want to be there, not because there's a lead form at the door.

BlazerFest is organised by the team at PartyBlazers, and we're glad to help keep the tradition going. If you're arriving in San Francisco Monday, before the badges and the booth lines start, this is the best place to kick the week off properly.

Find us there, say hello, and grab a drink - no pitch attached.

7 & Beyond: An Evening of Gratitude

Seven years doesn't happen without the people who stuck around for all of it. 7 & Beyond - an evening of gratitude - is how we're saying thank you: to the customers who took a chance on GridMate before there was much of a track record to point to, and stayed to watch us grow into who we are today.

It's small, and it's invite-only. If you helped us get here, we'll see you at the table. If not, we'd still love to meet you at the booth.

The Fun Doesn't Stop at the Booth

Demo Jam

Less demo, more game show: three apps, three minutes each, no slides allowed, and a live room voting for their favorite right there on the spot. GridMate's part of the Thursday cohort, on stage at Moscone North's Campground Theater 2 at 9:30 AM before the booth even opens, alongside Copado and Nintex - come catch the action!

Dreamfest and the Community Fun Run

Wednesday bookends the day. It starts with an optional 5K before the booth opens, bragging rights included. It ends with Dreamfest, Dreamforce's own celebration, now at Oracle Park - one of the few nights all week that isn't about anything except having a good time.

Michael Force Cigar Shindig

Thursday night, once the booth's finally packed away, there's one more stop before anyone heads home: a cigar lounge at 850 Montgomery St, fourteen years running now, thrown by Salesforce people for Salesforce people. Drink tickets and cigars are limited, so get there early - once it's full, it's one in, one out.
