With over two decades of experience - from engineering solutions for global enterprise software companies, to blazing a trail as a Salesforce Technical Architect, to ultimately co-founding GridMate - Hicham has earned a reputation as one of the most respected minds in the ecosystem. But it’s not just his technical genius that sets him apart. The title says Head of Growth, but Dasun is GridMate’s all-in-one powerhouse, and a one-man task force who can map a marketing strategy, build a website, book a conference booth halfway across the world, and still have time to rescue a team member from a last-minute tech hiccup. Part strategist, part creator, part logistics wizard, and an exemplary leader through and through, Dasun brings structure and spark to everything he touches.

In the fast currents of startup life, Dasun doesn’t just keep pace, he sets it. A former software engineer with a mind made for both analytics and artistry, he bridges data and design with ease, growing GridMate’s footprint while orchestrating the behind-the-scenes magic that makes the team tick. Whether it’s recruiting top talent, planning global events, or refining a campaign, Dasun shows up with grounded confidence, relentless follow-through, and a grin that says, “Don’t worry, I’ve got this.” And yes, he rocks the bald look like it’s a branding decision. It kind of is.

When he’s not charting out the next chapter of GridMate's growth or saving the day mid-crisis, Dasun is our resident swim champ - and a lifelong sweet tooth on a mission to prove that hours in the pool can, in fact, cancel out donuts.

Our mate from down under, Eshan leads the charge across the APAC region with all the finesse of a seasoned closer and the charm of someone who could probably sell sand in a desert. With a natural gift for people and a mind wired for momentum, Eshan doesn’t just lead - he lifts.

Hands-on, lighting-fast, and smoother than his dance moves (which, by the way, are legendary), Eshan is the kind of leader who’ll jet across continents to close a deal at a moment’s notice, own the room in seconds, and still show up five minutes early to the next meeting. He’s ahead of the game by default - and just as quick to step in, offer backup, or clear a path when a teammate needs it most.

When he’s not orchestrating deals and racking up wins, Eshan’s either globe-trotting, dropping his latest dance moves, or being the life of the party - always in his bright yellow Vegemite cap, and always a few minutes early.

Sach is GridMate’s north star for all things content and comms, blending creativity with clarity and strategy with soul. A steady hand in chaos and a fierce advocate for quality, she’s the kind of person whose presence is felt most in what doesn’t go wrong. Because when she’s involved, things get done - beautifully, thoughtfully, and always to a tee.

Relentlessly reliable, meticulous to a fault, and allergic to cutting corners, she’s the teammate who quietly overdelivers - not for recognition, but because she cares that it gets done right. With a default setting of “sure, let’s do it,” she’s the first to offer a hand and the one you trust to have your back when it counts. When she’s not shaping narratives or triaging her daily influx of urgent requests, Sach recharges by binge-watching TV series with her husband, getting bossed around by Casper and Oreo (her mischievous canine-feline duo), or winding down over board games with friends.

While the spotlight isn’t her natural habitat, her work glows across every page, platform, and stage GridMate stands on - except this one. This one short-circuited her. (So the team and a trusty AI stepped in.)

Much like the Gantt chart views he engineers with refined mastery, Wissem is all about clarity, calm, and carefully structured brilliance. A man of few words but immense depth, he’s the quiet force behind some of GridMate’s most complex and cutting-edge architecture.

He’s the type of teammate who sees what others miss, listens more than he speaks, and somehow always manages to stay three steps ahead of the chaos. Whether he’s building modular masterpieces or fielding curveball requests with Zen-like composure, he’s the kind of developer you want in your corner when the stakes are high and the roadmap’s wild.

Outside the dev zone, Wissem stays active - whether he’s out hiking, squeezing in a workout, or chasing the ball on the soccer field (and occasionally from the couch). He watches films by the dozen, remembers almost none, and travels wherever curiosity (and airfare) take him.

When new features are ready for takeoff here at GridMate, Otmane is the one clearing the runway. He’s our end-to-end testing and documentation maestro - meticulously catching bugs, ironing out kinks, and translating the technical into crystal-clear help centre guides that users swear by.

Armed with a Bachelor’s in Computer Programming, a Master’s in Software and Applications, and over seven years in the field, he brings an exceptional balance of precision, patience, and polish. His testing mindset is forensic, and his documentation is nothing short of user manual magic.

Off-screen, Otmane recharges in motion - hiking trails, chasing fresh air, and diving into documentaries on everything from food anthropology to cutting-edge tech. If curiosity were a superpower (and we think it is), he’d be in cape and boots.

Souhail is the kind of engineer who can toggle between building the machine and keeping it humming - without breaking a sweat. As a key player in GridMate’s DevOps team, he works hand-in-hand with our CTO to research, architect, and fine-tune our product and its many moving parts. And when questions pop up or issues arise, Souhail is just as swift on the support front, using his deep product insight to troubleshoot, resolve, and make it all look effortless.

He brings a refreshing kind of confidence - calm, grounded, and occasionally laced with a perfectly timed deadpan quip that leaves both teammates and customers laughing mid-ticket.

Beyond the codebase, Souhail is a spontaneous adventurer and experimental home chef - whipping up global recipes on a whim, catching flights without plans, and keeping things deliciously unpredictable.

A spark-plug of energy and empathy, Nas is the kind of teammate who turns complexity into clarity, and makes customers feel like old friends. Known for his quick wit and perfectly timed one-liners, he has a way of keeping things light, human, and genuinely engaging.

Nas bridges gaps, builds trust, and turns technical features into human-centric stories - making every demo feel like a TED Talk with heart. Whether dazzling prospects, or troubleshooting with style, he brings charisma, curiosity, and flair to everything he touches. He’s the youngest on the team, but don’t let that fool you - Nas sets the bar. And then raises it.

Good food, fast footwork, and friendly competition - that’s his kind of balance. Whether he’s on the futsal court, the soccer field, locked into a PS5 battle with his trusty crew, or digging into something delicious, it’s all part of the rhythm that keeps him sharp - both on and off the field.

Mahima Deborah is what happens when analytical sharpness meets intuitive finesse. A former electrical engineer turned tech sales dynamo, she brings the precision of systems thinking and the energy of human connection into perfect sync.

A key force behind GridMate’s sales success, Mahima blends intuition and a strong sense of rapport to turn conversations into conversions. She listens with intent, strategizes with clarity, and champions her clients with bold tenacity. Whether she’s navigating a sales call or steering a complex account, she shows up with focus, flair, and a clear sense of purpose.

When she’s not keeping GridMate licenses flying off the shelves or diligently decoding client needs, Mahima swaps pipelines for page-turners, and lives up to her title as our resident cheesecake connoisseur.

With decades of sales experience spanning industries and continents, Rani brings a unique blend of instinct, insight, and people-first magic to the GridMate crew. She doesn’t just manage accounts or land new ones - she truly tunes in, building trust through her knowledge,  experience, empathy, and quiet confidence.

A vital cog in our well-oiled sales engine, Rani brings poise, perspective, and a spark of the unexpected to every interaction - whether she’s nurturing client relationships or grounding fast-paced discussions with her refreshingly calm clarity.

When she’s not guiding clients or cultivating partnerships, Rani’s leading impromptu yoga stretches or tossing out dry one-liners that leave the team doing double takes between giggles. Having recently swapped New York’s hustle for Sri Lanka’s hill country, she’s embraced a more balanced rhythm - one that deepens her natural presence, mindfulness, and gift for genuine connection.

Allison is the kind of teammate whose presence is quiet but whose impact echoes through every corner of the company. One of our longest-standing team members, she’s the steady hand behind the scenes, keeping things running like clockwork.

From invoicing to license renewals to the kind of admin orchestration that keeps the wheels turning, Allison handles it all like a seasoned pro. She juggles tasks, timelines, and to-dos with calm focus, anchoring the back office while the front sails ahead.

When she’s not keeping our RevOps engine running, Allison’s toggling between gaming marathons and bedtime stories - sharing the console with her husband and cuddles with her kids.

An 8x Salesforce Certified All Star Ranger (yes, that’s as impressive as it sounds), she brings a cross-disciplinary edge that makes her an essential bridge between teams and timelines.

Former attorney turned systems whisperer, Lani is our go-to for untangling complexity, connecting dots, and elevating every project she gets pulled into. Focused, fast-moving, and famously resourceful, she’s a jack of all trades - and master of more than a few.
