Part strategist, part creator, part logistics wizard, and an exemplary leader through and through, Dasun brings structure and spark to everything he touches.

A former software engineer with a mind made for both analytics and artistry, he bridges data and design with ease, growing GridMate’s footprint while orchestrating the behind-the-scenes magic that makes the team tick. Sach is GridMate’s north star for all things content and comms, blending creativity with clarity and strategy with soul. A steady hand in chaos and a fierce advocate for quality, she’s the kind of person whose presence is felt most in what doesn’t go wrong. Because when she’s involved, things get done - beautifully, thoughtfully, and always to a tee.

Relentlessly reliable, meticulous to a fault, and allergic to cutting corners, she’s the teammate who quietly overdelivers - not for recognition, but because she cares that it gets done right. Ali is a man of few words and great impact. With an engineering degree in Computer Science and over two years of experience as a Salesforce developer, he brings steady focus and consistent follow-through to everything from building new features to diving into support without skipping a beat.

Sharp in execution and reliable without needing recognition, Ali handles whatever’s handed to him with finesse - no noise, no fuss, just results. Whether he's tackling a new project or smoothing out a tricky bug, he does it all with effortless composure and zero fanfare.

Off the clock, you’ll find him on the padel court, at the gym, or catching up with friends - recharging with the same balance and intentionality he brings to his work.

Souhail is the kind of engineer who can toggle between building the machine and keeping it humming - without breaking a sweat. As a key player in GridMate’s DevOps team, he works hand-in-hand with our CTO to research, architect, and fine-tune our product and its many moving parts. And when questions pop up or issues arise, Souhail is just as swift on the support front, using his deep product insight to troubleshoot, resolve, and make it all look effortless.

He brings a refreshing kind of confidence - calm, grounded, and occasionally laced with a perfectly timed deadpan quip that leaves both teammates and customers laughing mid-ticket.

Beyond the codebase, Souhail is a spontaneous adventurer and experimental home chef - whipping up global recipes on a whim, catching flights without plans, and keeping things deliciously unpredictable.

Alexa treats every sale like the start of a relationship, not the end of a pitch - a lesson she picked up early selling luxury fashion and never let go of. She brought that philosophy to GridMate, backed by a degree in IT and a minor in Business. It's a rare combination, and one that gives her a knack for turning complex solutions into conversations that just click.

Part strategist, part morale booster, and full-time team cheerleader, Alexa is organized, driven, and always pushing the team a little further forward. Where others see a technical wall, she sees a bridge, turning the complicated into the clear and prospects into long-term partners.

When she's not closing deals, Alexa is off exploring - 46 U.S. states down, with passport stamps from the Philippines to the Galápagos to Malta, proving she's every bit the seasoned globe-trotter. Back home, her dog Lydia and her cat Bianca (the self-appointed star of every video call) keep things lively. And before all that, she ran away with the circus - literally: stilt walking, fire spinning… the works.
